At Olancha Resort we are focused on providing accommodations with the highest levels of customer satisfaction & we will do everything we can to meet your expectations. All of our Tipis and Rooms have premium bedding. During the winter months with have added mattress heaters with great success on keeping you warm and cozy. With a variety of rooms and Tipis to choose from, we're sure you'll be happy staying with us!
Our Tipi's come in 3 different sizes. 20 Ft, 18 FT and 16 FT.
The 20 ft is 320 square ft Authentic Tipi and sleeps up to 6 with a Ceiling Fan, power to charge your cell phone, water coolers and heaters.
Hawk Tipi is an 18 ft 254 square foot Authentic Tipi. and sleeps up to 4 with a Ceiling Fan, power to charge your cell phone, air coolers and heaters.
Horse Tipi is a 16 ft 201 square foot Authentic Tipi and sleeps up to 2 with a Ceiling Fan, power to charge your cell phone, air coolers and heaters.
Each Tipi comes with a totem animal that adds to the beauty from the inside looking out. The animal silhouettes have a visual effect like stained glass.
Tipi's come with Wooden decks and have available picnic areas, BBQ's and picnic tables.. Fire Pits are also through out the park.
Our Restaurant is Olancha Cafe', All meals are handmade with the highest quality ingredients and mostly organic. We serve Rib Eye Bison, blessed by a Shaman 1 kill and grass fed beef, free range. Our eggs are cage free and we offer vegan plant based burgers to Bison burgers. Our breakfast offer Applewood Bacon and vegy Bacon and Sausage. Our French toast and Pancake have gluten free options with Real Maple Syrup.
Our General Store and Check in is in Olancha Cafe'
Check in is 3pm to 9pm

Our Swimming Pool is very large and deep filled with well water and a cement and grassy area for lounging.. Enjoy the sweet smells of the evergreens surrounding the pool and fresh air.
We have additional Rooms and Cabin's at Violet's Ranch Motel 900 feet north of the Cafe'. It was built in the early 1900's by Mr. and Mrs. Grant. Olancha Used to be called Grant City but in the late 1900's joined Olancha and is now referred to as Olancha.. Mr and Mrs. Grant built the dwellings and we are doing our best to up date and maintain the integrity. The Grant's accommodated the famous Howard Hughes and his fishing buddies. After a day of fishing they would fly in and enjoy the beauty of the Mountains East and West, fresh air and brilliant star filled skies. They would book rooms for weeks at a time.
We offer R.V Spots with full Hook Ups 30 and 50 amp.

The name Olancha is derived from the Yaudanchi Indians. They would travel to the Sequoias and trade red paint from the Volcanic Cinder in the area., Baskets and other hand made items.
Although the Yaudanchi used willow for housing. we wanted to honor all Native Americans and Used the Tipi housing as a way to keep their Native ways alive. We hope to bring in an educational venue in the coming years. We are Humble and honor all Native Americans and Great Spirit.

Alex and Blanca Run the entire Park. Blanca focuses on the Cafe' and overseeing housekeeping and Alex
is our General Manager. He wears every hat. from maintenance to helping Blanca in the Cafe' He will most probably check you in.. They are eagerly awaiting your arrival with a friendly smile on their face.
Assisting them are Tanya and Ben.
Sandra and Luis and Chica, Head of house keeping. All of our Staff has a warm and loving energy. They welcomes you with open arms
